刘劲，男，汉族，1988年出生，湖南安化人，工学博士，副教授。2016年12月于中南大学土木工程专业博士毕业，2017年1月至今在湖南城市学院工作。主持国家级科研项目1项、省级科研项目2项、市厅级科研项目2项。主持省级教改项目1项、大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项。以第1作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇、EI1篇、CSCD核心1篇、教改论文3篇，出版学术专著1部、教材1部。
